Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile number, and a profile photo if you add one); saved delivery addresses and pinned map locations; order history; payment method and, for InstaPay or Telda, the transfer screenshot or reference you attach; messages you send to Support; and the notification token that lets us send order updates.
2. Location
With your permission, we use your location to find your delivery area and to place your delivery pin. For drivers, location is used during active deliveries. You can turn location off in your phone's settings and pick your address on the map instead.
3. Usage statistics
To understand how many people use Swift, the app records an anonymous visit signal: a random ID created on your phone (not your name, phone number or device identifiers), the days you opened the app, the app version and language. If you're signed in, it is linked to your account. We use this only for counting visitors.
4. How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, contact you about an order, send order notifications, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve the app.
5. Who we share it with
The driver delivering your order sees your name, mobile number, address and order total. A brand sees the items ordered from it, your name and delivery address, but not your mobile number. We use Google Firebase to store data and Google Maps for maps and address search. We do not sell personal data.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Firebase with access rules that limit who can read or change each record. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your choices
You can update your details in Settings, turn off notifications or location in your phone's settings, and delete your account at any time from Settings. To request a copy of your data, contact Support.
8. Children
Swift is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
